Job Description
Fluor Canada Ltd. is looking for a full-time
- AutoPLANT setup, spec maintenance, database maintenance, troubleshooting.
- Integrity checks for 3D models
- Running Interference detection on 3D models and performing assessment whether the interference is real or not
- Configuration, setup and maintenance of the Client specific Seed files for 2D and 3D AutoPlant system modules
- Customize Bill of Materials and quantity downloads to support project tracking and progress
- Troubleshooting isometric problems when corrupt and cannot be run to support construction
- Managing scripts to perform robocopy between workshare offices and assess results daily
- Perform testing and quality checks on new versions from Client
- Support changes to symbology and specifications to support ongoing project execution.
- Navisworks support and set up for projects. (Model reviews, design checking, Client reviews)
- Construction support (Model updates, Smartplant Construction Support, Isometric Support)
- Workshare office support.

AutoPLANT Basic Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of AutoPLANT/Bentley systems, project execution and work processes with 8-10 years of execution experience as a minimum, including:
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture of AutoPLANT/Bentley 3D software and associate project configurations
- Support of electronic piping specification generation, MTO extraction, Isogen configuration and trouble shooting
- Programming knowledge: EBS(Extended Basic Script), VBS, VBA for AutoCAD, SQL, VB.net
- Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoPLANT 3D, AutoPLANT PDW, AutoPLANT PIW, AutoPLANT Pro Structures, AutoPLANT equipment and Navisworks Jetstream
- Knowledge of AutoPLANT Elecitrcial, AutoPLANT Instrumentation & Wiring would be benficial
- Knowledge and experience with database systems such as Microsoft Office Access, SQL Server and Oracle
- Knowledge and experience with migrations between AutoPLANT/Bentley versions such as 2006/08, 8.6, v8i, XM
- Beneficial to have knowledge around laser scanning software
