REQUIREMENTS:

Técnicas Reunidas is a leading Group in the area of Engineering and Construction of industrial plants in the sectors of Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemical, Energy and Infrastructures. Técnicas Reunidas is seeking to recruit a Construction Piping Supervisor.

Our requirements are as follows:

A good command of English and Spanish is essential (candidates will sit a level test).

Previous experience carrying out the functions described.

Previous experience in modular projects.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

To supervise piping prefabrication and erection control, paying special attention to materials, sizes and thickness, following carefully the specifications.

To control quality during prefabrication and piping erection works.

To perfomance hydraulic tests, painting and isolation control.

To control quality, to check technical and contractual issues and to accept or reject construction work.

To follow-up established detailed schedules.

To follow-up invoices, claims and deviations of subcontracts.

To coordinate safety with the piping erection subcontractor and the TR’s Construction Supervision Team.

To supply required information for construction reports.

To ensure that the works related to its discipline and/or geographical area are performed in accordance with the pre-set program and budgets established.

He assumes all responsibilities related to the construction operations (for its

disciples) in the absence of Construction Manager.

In a weekly basis, He revises all the programs with its team and the Planning Engineer in order to analyze the Construction progress.

To ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the specifications and

engineering plans as well as the established Health, Safety and Environmental provisions for the Project.

To assume the HSE responsibilities established in the Site HSE Plan and/or procedures required for the Project.

To collaborate with Quality Team during inspection activities as a complementary and coordinated statement.

To compile QC formats and check that all activities performed by Subcontractor are in

accordance with quality requirements established by TR (Construction Supervisors

involved in Inspection & Tests)

• Ensures that Subcontractors are insured in accordance with the contractual

requirements and that no work is performed at site prior to the reception of related

insurance coverage.

• Collaborates in preparing the Monthly Construction Progress Report

To give support to Pre-Commission.
