About this role :

Prioritize and manage assigned anomaly / MCD workflow within the Electronic Integrity Reporting System (e-IRS);

Arrange drafting, materials and fabrication required for anomaly / MCD rectification;

Review / verify engineering drawings to ensure they are compliant with relevant codes prior to being issued as approved for construction;

Liaise with Planning Team to ensure work scope is aligned with major equipment and vessel outages where possible to minimize production losses;

Identify any potential constructability clashes and propose suitable alternate solutions as and when required;

Liaise with relevant Technical Authorities and Asset Integrity Department to determine suitable repair solutions on a case-by-case basis;

Identify tie-in points for the Scope of Work (SOW) and ascertain the suitability of all valves / instruments / in-line items for retention and reinstatement;

Solution Owner for piping related Management of Change requests;

Technical evaluation of piping, valves, gaskets and installation materials;

Deliver no harm (People, Asset, Environment and Reputation) Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance. Embed safety leadership culture for self, team members and contractor for all maintenance activities.

Promote strong behavioral safety interactions culture and actively participate in DPE Safety Programme Observation;

Deliver maintenance activities within budget and actively explore opportunity for value for money, increase in productivity and efficiency.

What you need to bring :

Educational Qualifications : Mechanical engineering degree. Preferably PE / Chartered status or working towards this status;

Experience Profile : At least 5 years relevant experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, part of this experience being managing piping anomalies / MCD;

Strong skills demonstrated in project management, leadership and contractor management;

Competencies / Skills / Others : Sound knowledge of piping codes, in particular, ASME B31.3;

Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Project and Power Point; BOSIET (preferred);

iMIST (preferred); UK Offshore Medical (preferred).
