Area Engineering - Piping & Layout Stavanger is responsible for the delivery of engineering resources, expertise, methods and tools to study and modification projects located in Stavanger. The section is organized into departments that largely follow the technical disciplines.
Area Engineering - Piping & Layout Stavanger seeks new head of department Piping Design. The position reports directly to the Head of Area Engineering - Piping & Layout Stavanger
Responsibilities:
Lead department
Develop department in accordance with Aibel's strategy and goals
Provide input to the section's strategy, action plan and budget
Ensure that the department possesses the right skills according to strategy
Personal Responsibility
Provide the necessary training department employees
Working for a good working environment in the department
Follow-up of the department's hiring needs
Recruitment of personnel department
Resource Scheduling the projects in terms of both volume and expertise
Contribution to the maintenance, protection and development of Aibel method within the remit
Participation in tendering work
Other duties as required and deal with section
Qualifications:
Technical education in høyskole-/universitetsnivå, Bachelor or higher
Long and relevant experience can compensate for formal education
PDMS experience
A desire to work with and for our employees
Good communication abilities
Master the Norwegian spoken and written
