Piping Designer position available in Singapore (Immediate) - Short Term

BPS Placement Services Pte Ltd is specializing in providing manpower solutions to the global Oil & Gas Industry sector.

We are looking for a “Piping Designer” 6 months contract (tentatively) for one of our clients in Singapore.

Position: Piping Designer (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

·         Co-ordinate and execute project activities

·         Monitor, control and report progress of project

·         Assist projects in establishing the discipline deliverable list and procedures, interface definitions and co-ordination

·         Produce, modify and review documents and drawings

·         Carry out discipline internal checks and put up documents and drawings for approvals

·         Perform any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree or Masters in Engineering

·         Minimum 5 years of offshore engineering project experience in the upstream oil and gas industry

·         Must have experience in PDMS in 2D and 3D and microstation

·         Good knowledge of international regulations, codes and standards

·         Well versed in the standard engineering tools used in the OGP industry
