Our Piping&Layout department in Stavanger is now looking for a Senior Piping Valve-PRE to join our team.
What will you be doing?
Establish technical requisitions and specification for procurement of valves and piping components
Technical follow-up of deliveries, documentation and suppliers
Technical queries
Establish and maintain specifications for piping and valves
Establish specifications for piping special items
Other relevant tasks based on project requirements
We think you should have:
Bachelor- or master degree in materials- or mechanical science
Experience with- and knowledge of piping valves
Knowledge of relevant standards and specifications used in the North sea
Good understanding of ASME B31.3
Experienced in use of EN 13480, Pressure Equipment Directive and knowledge of EN 13445
General knowledge within computer technology
A commercial mindset, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
