Job Title: Senior Designer (SP3D)
SR. Piping Designer Job Description:
Prepare layouts and conceptual designs for moderately complex problems. Prepare moderately complex design drawings. Interface with other design disciplines. Be proficient in 2D and 3D CAD capabilities, as required. Check moderately complex piping layouts, isometrics, concrete and steel design drawings. Perform squad check of vendor drawings and drawings from other disciplines. Review fabricator drawings
Assist the Design Supervisor, as required.
Travel, as required, to ensure the successful execution of project and/or department goals
Participate in department training programs/seminars and on-line training
Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements: At least 10 years in piping design
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Degree in engineering is a must with a strong desire for self development.
2. Knowledge in SP3D, SPR, PDS, Microstation, AutoCAD
