· Responsible for the management of PDMS to enable engineering design data input.

· Multi-discipline end user access to PDMS

· Multi-discipline end user support in the use of PDMS

· Ensure Clash Manager is run

· Ensure regular database integrity checks

· Ensure Compliance with Corporate and Project Engineering Systems procedures and work instructions

· Coordinates clean-up of all models, drawings, related folders and any other files prior to closeout.

· Audits project to ensure client requirements are met and compliance with Model Build work instructions

· Develops project specific work instructions as required

· Scheduling data exchange in workshare projects by use of PDMS Global

· Implements PDMS database customisation.

· Setup and support of PDMS Applications.

· Setup and support of PDMS Interfaces.

· Leads and responsible for PDMS Project Support

· Defines PDMS database requirements

· Defines the PDMS Plant area breakdown requirements

· Defines PDMS Interface requirements

· Point of contact for Project Discipline Leads on PDMS issues

· Assists discipline leads to define training requirements

· Interface with Project Leads to ensure client modeling requirements are met.

· Interfaces with other Design Tool Administrators to ensure data sharing (The corporate aim is for single data entry)

· Defines priorities for PDMS Project Support

· Develops project specific work instructions as required

· Lead the PDMS kick-off meeting

· PDMS Archives
