Currently we are working with Technip (Indonesia , Malaysia , Thailand, China, Vietnam & UAE), Lloyd Register (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia), JGC (Japan , Saudi Arabia, Vietnam), Chiyoda Corporation (Japan , Singapore, Qatar, Indonesia), Worley parsons (Indonesia), Punj Lloyd (Saudi Arabia, Indonesia), KBR (Indonesia, Japan), NISCONI (Indonesia), TRIPATRA and many more.

We have an urgent opening with our client which is a worldwide leader in Oil & Gas based at Jakarta, Indonesia for the post of “ Sr. Piping Designer”.

Job Description:-

·         Required overall piping design experience: 15-18 years

·         Minimum piping and pipe support design experience as applicable to offshore platforms: 10-12 years

·         Hands-on exposure to PDMS / MDS applications: 5-6 years

·         Must be able to liaise with pipe stress engineers and clearly understand the stress requirements for the design of pipe supports

·         Must be able to communicate well within the team as well as with other discipline personnel, especially the Structural group

·         Must have the ability to plan in advance the locations and types of service support frames for critical as well as non-critical piping systems

·         Must be a self-starter, shall be able to foresee problems, and possess the commitment to meet tight schedule deadlines with quality design

·         Must have worked as an MDS designer on at least two offshore platform projects in the recent past (within the last 3-4 years)

·         Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Personnel with piping design certification qualification with a strong background may be considered.
