Job Description.

Designing of Piping Lines in areas of P& ID, Equipment Plot plan, Piping line lists, Equipment drawings, Isometric extractions, etc. using Smart Plant 3D experience

• Study of the input data from the client
• Preparation of Isometric sketches for 3D modelling
• Preparation of Plot plan, line list and  manual MTO
• Knowledge of codes and standards
• Development of area layout
• Vendor drawing, checking and updating with reference to process data sheet
• Squad checking of equipment’s with respect to civil equipment found.
• Preparation of support markup for stress critical and non-critical lines
• Pipe rack piping, utility piping, vessel and trim piping
• Incorporation of tags inter-discipline, Inter office client
• Preparation of stress isometric.
• 3 D Modelling of piping & Equipment
• Piping routing of modelling with respect to P & ID
• Isometric correction and extraction for IFC
• Re-issuing of isometrics by incorporation MTO, process and instrumentation comments
• Reviewing modelling work of team on Smartplant review software
• Updating of markup P & ID into process plants.

Job Requirements

Job requirements

• Diploma or technical degree
• Minimum 8 years related piping design experience
• Experience in SmartPlant 3-D design software.
